The Square in a Square system is a fast and accurate way to make fantastic quilts without ever having to cut or sew triangles. Within the system are 39 different triangle units or options. Using these options, you can make half square triangles four at a time, flying geese two at a time, 60 degree diamonds and much more. The resulting points are sharp, lie very flat and are easy to achieve. The options provide the quilter with the ability to construct increasing complex patterns. This cutting system is so simple and accurate that quilters everywhere will be producing more quilts and enjoying it more!

My Signature (hand embroidery)
Presented by Barbara Crawford
Class fee: $30 Kit fee: $20
Barbara's signature on all her work is hand embroidery. It’s an art that has been set aside for machine embroidery. There is nothing more beautiful and leaves a lasting impression as hand embroidered leaves and vines, lazy daisies, chain stitch, blanket stitch, feathering, and French knots. It is Barbara's favorite detail on her appliqué work and needle felting works and even quilts. In this workshop you will make a small appliqué wall hanging that embroidery is added to. You'll learn all the wonderful stitches using perle cottons and wool felts and you will receive an embroidery chart to take with you for a helpful reminder if you need it.
